Events
Vito specialises in running special events which he puts together with a focus on food and wine. These are great opportunities to bring together old friends or to find and meet new ones.
Each dinner which Vito organises showcases a different winery or wine domaine, giving his groups the opportunity to taste five different cuvées or vintages. The evening begins with canapés and a first glass of wine to taste, followed by a four-course dinner specially created by the restaurant’s Head Chef to match the wines which Vito will enthusiastically introduce and share.

Thursday 27th of February 2025 Pala Sardinia at La Terra
The Azienda Agricola Pala (or Pala estate) was founded in Sardinia, Italy, in 1950 with the first harvest by Salvatore Pala. This tradition continues today under the guide of Lia Tolaini and her passion about the terroir and the traditions, and the wines of this extraordinary island called Sardinia.
Founded in 2001 to showcase the potential of the region, they have done brilliant work with Pecorino and make outstanding Montepulciano, with the introduction of innovative winemaking techniques into an historic winemaking area, and respect for a local culture, and above all the affection to their roots, of Abruzzo region
Wednesday 12th March 2025 Talamonti Abruzzo at La Terra
The Talamonti vineyard-estate was born in 2001 as a result of the introduction of innovative winemaking techniques into an historic winemaking area. This stride was generated by a tremendous passion for wine, the respect for a local culture, and above all the affection to our roots, the Abruzzo region. The founders of Talamonti, a group of 18 leading entrepreneurs, kicked off this adventure with the goal to promote the interest in Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, the historic grape of the region. Today, this desire and objective are still vibrantly alive, yet paired with a great attention to detail and respect of the vine.
Azienda Vinicola Talamonti is an Italian wine estate, located in Abruzzo and particularly known for its red wine produced from the Montepulciano grape. The business was founded in 2001 by the Di Tonno family.
